Springs 

In addition to your springs there are cables and bearings. We recommend replacing all of these components when servicing your springs as they all have the same life cycle which is approximately 10,000 openings and closings. Broken cables and springs can end up causing your garage door to become severely damaged and could potentially damage your property or even worse cause injury or death. Bearings help keep the springs running nice and smooth. They are often forgotten about until they fail which could cause the springs or the bearings themselves to cut through the tube and cause the door to come crashing down. These are the most essential parts to your door properly opening and closing.

Rollers

Garage doors can be loud! Replacing rollers can help keep that noise down, in addition to that, all of the weight of your garage door is being held by these little guys. Whenever your garage door is in the open position rollers and hinges failing could cause your garage door to fall, which again could cause severe damage to anything in its path. These components have that same life cycle of 10,000 openings and closings. We like to replace the plastic rollers that come with the door to a much more efficient and quieter nylon roller that instead has a steel bearing that will last longer and is stronger !

Motors

Is your garage door motor becoming loud or just out right getting old? We have a variety of motors to meet your budget. We only use the brands that we know and trust to be great which are Liftmaster and Linear and they both each have their advantages. Our Liftmaster motors come with Wi-Fi so you can control your garage from anywhere with your phone. In addition to that, they also have cameras that can be monitored from your phone. Our Linear motors are more simple garage door motors without all of the bells and whistles but don't be fooled, these motors are much quieter than any motor on the market. Garage door motors from big box stores are not created the same as the ones we get directly from the manufacturers.
